The location of Hotel Lumen Paris Louvre is excellent, just two blocks from the Louvre. We were able to easily explore the area and enjoy the sights. The Family Suite we stayed in had five wonderful balconies with great views of the street and the church. It was excellent. The staff at the hotel were amazing, always helpful and accommodating.

The staff were helpful and took a personal interest in me, even assisting me when I was unwell. the balcony in the higher-up rooms added a special touch to my experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also close to many attractions, allowing for easy access to daytime activities. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, with good quality beds and linen. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices with good quality ingredients. The staff is pleasant and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, situated between two subway stations, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff was extremely accommodating, providing excellent room service and even offering shuttle service. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival and the tours/ticket assistance made it convenient for us to plan our sightseeing. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area and a terrace where we enjoyed the stunning views. The in-room safe gave us peace of mind, and the soundproofed rooms ensured a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality service.

Great location near Pyramides Metro. Small but beautifully decorated rooms. English speaking channels on TV. Hot water in bathroom. Friendly and efficient staff. Mini balcony for smokers. Safe in room. Safe area. Godiva chocolates on pillow. Fast wifi.
